Yes, we understand that Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles like to join in on the family fun. We will also have carnival games and food trucks to keep them entertained as well.
A spectator will not be issued a wristband and will not be allowed on the inflatables under any circumstances though.
If you would like to join in or help the little ones you must purchase a ticket.

Children 4 years and under must have an accompanying adult with them on the inflatable at all times.

No entry for anyone suffering from, or recovering from an illness or injury or anyone who has a bad back or lower limb condition
No entry for anyone with a preexisting medical condition, heart condition, pregnancy etc.
Parents that wish to accompany their children on the inflatable must purchase a ticket.
And parents of children aged 4 years or less must purchase a parent / toddler combo ticket. And must accompany their toddler on the obstacle course at all times.
Toddlers can enter the toddler playland on their own.
We recommend wearing sun protective clothing, sunscreen and clothing that will keep you cool.
Remember we will be set up outdoors and you will be using a lot of energy bouncing on the largest inflatable obstacle course in Australia.
We recommend knee length trousers and sun safe shirts.
There is only one strict rule and that is NO SHOES and NO BARE FEET.
Socks, preferably grip socks are to be worn at all times. We will have grip socks available for purchase on the day if you need to purchase a pair.
Each session lasts for 2 hours. It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of your session. This is to give you enough time to sign waivers and receive your wristband before your session starts.
We will have a variety of food and drinks available for purchase. You can bring a picnic or lunch box if you would rather. No outside takeaway food (e.g. Mcdonalds) will be allowed in the gates.
You do not need to print out your tickets, you will be provided a QR code upon payment. you will just need to be able to access the QR code on the day.
If you are not tech savvy you can bring a printed copy.
Tickets will be available on the day, if sessions are not sold out prior online. We do recommend pre purchasing your tickets as we only sell a limited number of tickets per session so there is no overcrowding.
If on the day of your session there is very light rain around, we will continue to operate. We recommend bringing a spare change of clothes.
In the event of rain, storms or typically bad weather we will not be able to operate. We will communicate with all ticket holders via the email provided at the time of booking to let them know if their session has been cancelled/ postponed.
Customers will be issued a gift card to be used at any future Air heads event at any location. (valid for 2 years)
If you are unfortunately late to your session, there is no refunds or time extensions. You are able to join in at any stage throughout the session and complete the remaining time slot.
Ticket sales are non-refundable, if however, you do need to change a session, we are able to change sessions only for the same school holiday period. Session changes must be made in advance. No session changes will be allowed in the 7 days immediately before your chosen date.
